All orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are carefully prepared, packed, and scheduled for delivery according to the selected delivery date and time.

2. Delivery Coverage

The Gift Heaven provides delivery services across Bangladesh.

• Dhaka City (In-house premium delivery)
• Sub-urban areas including Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj, and nearby locations
• Outside Dhaka through courier or special delivery arrangements

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

• Dhaka City: Within 24 hours
• Outside Dhaka City: Within 72 hours

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Dhaka city for eligible products and orders placed within the cutoff time.

Midnight Delivery

We offer midnight (11:59 PM) surprise delivery within Dhaka for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and celebrations.

4. Delivery Charges

• Dhaka City: BDT 250
• Sub-urban areas: BDT 800
• Outside Dhaka District: BDT 1,500

Delivery charges may vary depending on product type, size, weight, quantity, delivery location, or special handling requirements.

5. Delivery Conditions

The recipient must be available at the provided delivery address and contact number at the scheduled delivery time.

Customers must ensure all delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, and address, is accurate and complete.

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or marked as completed depending on the situation.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

The Gift Heaven shall not be held responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Recipient unavailability
• Phone number not reachable
• Traffic congestion or location access issues
• Natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen events

7. Courier Delivery Outside Dhaka

For locations outside Dhaka, deliveries may be fulfilled through trusted courier partners or special delivery arrangements.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, destination, weather, holidays, and other external factors.

Certain delicate items such as cakes, balloons, fresh flowers, or highly customized products may not be eligible for standard courier delivery due to handling limitations.

8. Product Handling & Inspection

All products are carefully handled, packed, and delivered with premium presentation standards.

Customers or recipients are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel.

Any product issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

9. Special Occasion Delivery

For customized, surprise, birthday, anniversary, proposal, or special occasion deliveries, orders will be delivered according to the customer’s selected date and time whenever possible.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on schedule, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
